But I think after a long break, Colleen was fed up with this story and fans crazy reactions, so she ends it in a sweet but too rush way, and I’m disappointed. In my opinion it was also an awful interpretation of a person living with CF and I feel bad for anyone with CF reading this book. Maybe NOT is a companion novel to both books and can be read 2nd to 3rd behind Maybe Someday, or not at all. I’m glad I waited so long to start this series because listening to them back to back made such a difference. At this point in the story I was just hoping she would hurry up and die so Ridge and to some extent Warren could finally be free of her. Ridge and Sydney were two amazing characters and Maybe Someday ended with them finally coming together yet still having a communication barrier.
