Oogie Boogie is a recurring villain in three installments of the Kingdom Hearts video game series, residing in the world of Halloween Town. He is a member of Maleficent's group, annoying the rest of his allies in meetings, but cares about their common goal of total world domination.

For years, Oogie took part in HalloWishes, joining other Disney Villains in hosting a Halloween-inspired castle fireworks show. He also appears in the park's Halloween parade, Frightfully Fun Parade, walking alongside other Disney villains as the villain-themed float tails them.
