Both of them are revealed to be close friends as Jett even mentions how carefully Lily's grandmother works to Amaya. They are passionate about fashion and share their love of it. Jett appears in the auditorium with Robin getting ready for their Radiant Week project. In particular the both of them ask Jade to join their group, something she agrees to. Despite their best efforts, this upsets Bella who she offers to join, but declines. Jett is briefly mentioned by Karma to Colin, who gushes about how she just flew in from Japan, with them both being interested.One day at school, the De’Vious twins announce Jett Dawson’s return to Rainbow High, leaving everyone in awe. Stella explains to Amaya about Jett Dawson, who is a fourth-year that has been gone the last few months for a textile internship in Asia. She got to study fabrics in China, Nepal, and Japan while overseas. Another first-year, Gabriella Icely comments on how amazing her trip is while giving off a rude attitude towards Amaya. While rumors are going around about Jett’s internship, Karma knows for a fact that Jett will be teaching the Art of Fashion first-years today, leaving them in excitement. Jett is given more focus and a personal interview with Karma, where she starts it by reacting her favorite food to be strawberry ice cream. She continues on answering questions and revealing more about herself, such as her favorite fabric and many internships. When Karma finishes her questions, she concludes the episode and announces Jett will be coming for a part two. The third problem with this dress is that it's so tight through the legs that Jett can barely move when she's wearing it. It was hard to get her to balance because I could't shift the position of her legs much at all.
Karma mentions her again, this time talking about her tripping and being caught by Aidan. While she highly praises Aidan, she calls Ainsley's trip a fail, even claiming she looks like she's gonna fly away and take off. Her Junior High doll features her with textured curly hair, implying that her natural hair is curly.

Ainsley joins her group in designing a dress themed after a sand dollar, with Ainsley supporting Monique's ideas more than anybody. As the team works together, they nearly win until the dress' train gets hooked. Rainbow High are some of my favorite dolls right now. I collect them (have all of them so far except one Slumber Party doll and the new Pacific Coast dolls that are about to come out) and I customize them and I love doing so. Mine are currently Jett Dawson and Winter Break Skyler. Jett’s cool because she doubles as casual and fancy with her two outfits, and something about her is just oddly cute to me. Ainsley enters Shadow High with her fellow students and is in awe with it, wanting to tell her friends the plan. She gets interrupted however and leaves for the auditorium, where she is dramatically brought up on stage by Shadow High student Glitch, who reveals to everyone that Ainsley is now a student of Shadow High.
